    very useful for me. I was a bit apprehensive, wondering if it would be too heavy and difficult to manage on a daily basis. I have to say it is actually a lot easier once you know how to use it. Just be gentle while washing it, immediately wipe dry and smear few drops of ghee/oil. That is it. It permanently stays on my stove top. I use it thrice a day more than I use any other vessel.
    I make eggs and pancakes, curries and dry vegetables. It is best for pan frying stuff. It is much better than I expected. I bought the 10.5 inch pan and the size is perfect for a small family of 4.
